BRRRR It's cold out there!

It is days like this I wish I lived in a warm tropical climate.  It is frigid here in New York, the temperature is going down below zero... its one of those days where you don't go out unless it is absolutely necessary.

I'm just going to curl up with a nice hot cup of coffee and daydream about some of these beautiful spaces.

More beautiful rooms!

I hope everyone had a Wonderful New Years Day!  We celebrated New Year's Eve with my family and friends, we had a great time!
I am looking forward to a year filled fun projects and restoring my home after the damage caused by Hurricane Sandy.

For now, lets view some beautiful rooms for a little inspiration.

I love the look of this room from Restoration Hardware.

Each room has a different character and feel, don't you think?

I love them all!

Here are some great pieces of furniture on sale at one of my favorite stores World Market.  There is up to 50% off on all furniture.  Here are a few of my favorites.

I would love to see this in my diningroom!

This gorgeous wood accent table is on sale for just $99!

I love a touch of glam!

Great little accent piece!

Have a wonderful day!

Glorious autumn!

Most of us here in New York had a three day weekend because of Columbus Day.  We decided to visit our friends in Upstate New York, their house is perched upon a mountain, perfect place take in the beauty of fall.  Most of all we couldn't wait to see Grizzly, their dog, oh of course our friends too! Ha Ha!  Their dog, Grizzly is a rare breed dog called Sarplaninac,  Macedonian-Yugoslav sheep dog  they are rare here in the States.  My friends entered him in a contest this past weekend at the American Rare Breed Association and Grizzly walked away with 49 ribbons!  Congratulations Grizzly! He is enormous, gorgeous and sweet temperment!

We took a hike up the mountain to take in some incredible views!

Beautiful foliage!

We stopped to see an old stone church, must have been a few centuries old... We felt as if we were somewhere in England back in time!

There is beauty everywhere...

We had such a wonderful weekend… Well needed time away especially for my hardworking husband!

Here are some beautiful spaces with different personalities I had gathered up to show...
